| The production of dangerous material is relatively intensive,while the application is extensive and dispersive. Dangerous material's production,sale, storage,use and abandoning can't be separated from transportation. Transportation is the bridge and link with the other taches, and is also the accident black spot.The safety of path dangerous material transportation is closely related to the safety of people's lives and property and social stability .The path dangerous material transportation enterprise being the principal part of production safety, it's safety controlling conditions affects the safety of transportation directly. Carring out the safety evaluation in the path dangerous material transportation enterprise is the effective method of insuring the safety of transportation. By establishing index system and evaluation model, on the one hand, it may afford the standard and basis for the safety surveillance of administration section. On the other hand, it may help transportation enterprise promptly discover the hidden safety trouble and adopt measures to reduce the accident loss and accident happening rate.Based on the goal of constructing essential safe enterprise, by learning from the study achievement and knowledge of safety evaluation in the domestic and foreign; this article analized the nature factors which affect the production safety of path dangerous material transportation enterprise. By consulting the experts' opinion, and using qualitative and quantitative method, from the angle of "People-Vehicle-Management", it built the safety evaluation index system combining the accidental index with hidden trouble index. Using the G1 method and the expert investigation method, we confirmed the index's weight, and built the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model of Path Dangerous Material Transportation Enterprise finally, and then conducted empirical research, the results proved that the index system and evaluation model has a certain practicality and feasibility.
