| With the development of economy, load demand of power system isincreasing rapidly. The continuous expansion of power grid is challenging thesafe and stable operation of power system. Now, the power system is more andmore close to its stability limit, which will lead to a power outage because of asmall disturbance. As the last defense line of the power system security andstability, studies on black-start have being concerned for a wide range of domesticand foreign scholars.After a power blackout occurred, whether we can deal with the emergencyaccording to the situation of the grid and the actual conditions to select theoptimal recovery plan, decides how fast the system recovers. Also, thedevelopment of distributed generator(DG) and micro grid(MG) provide us a goodway to recover a local grid. At the same time, mobile emergency power supplysystem also provides us a new way to supply power to the important loads after ablackout.In this paper, we obtain the following achievements:(1)On the basis of the original black start scheme evaluation, this paperpropose a evaluation index system according to the characteristics of isolatedisland mode, which makes the evaluation more comprehensive and reliable. Afterthat, this paper uses rough entropy technology to optimal evaluation of theschemes in order to obtain the rank of them, which provides an accurate andeffective reference for scheduling personnel.(2)This paper analyzes the characteristics of four kinds of black start mode,as well as the cooperation of black start strategies, modes and schemes. On that basis, this paper uses the principal components analytic method and entropy valuemethod to evaluate the modes in order to obtain the rank of modes.(3)With the development of smart grid, this paper proposes the concept ofblack start of micro grid. Also,it presents the key problems and steps of blackstart of micro grid. In the end,it researches the principles of the black start formicro grid.(4)This paper puts forward a multi-objective allocation model in order toallocate the mobile emergency power supply. Also, in order to solve the model, itputs forward a improved multi-objective emergency search model algorithm. Thealgorithm can find the optimal solution quickly. |
