With the rapid development of the global culture creativity, the development ofChina’s traditional culture innovation ushered in the new chapter. Cultural and creativebreakthroughs design and production patterns based on conservative traditional culturefrom the perspective of market and industry and improves economic efficiency and marketcompetitiveness of traditional cultural products.Beijing folk culture is an important part of Beijing culture, which is Beijing uniqueaccompaniment with thousands of years of history and culture. It is not only a preciousspiritual wealth, but also the enormous material resources. Beijing folk culture as a form ofculture and cultural resources is closely related to people’s lives in the region. the BeijingFolk Culture extraction applied to the design can greatly enhance the cultural connotationof the product. In this paper, taking Beijing folk culture, cultural and creative products asthe study objectives, Beijing folk culture is parsed and summarized. Then introducing thecultural and creative, cultural and creative products are analyzed and discussed. Theapplication of traditional Chinese culture in the cultural and creative product design areconcluded and correlation methods on Chinese traditional culture and the cultural andcreative product design are also analyzed.Focused on the vast expanse of Chinese traditional culture of a nation, Beijing folkculture are extensive researched in conjunction with survey. Based on modern designmethods, contemporary needs of users are studied for creative product design. The resultsof the research are tested by my own design practice.
