Research On Yanshi Administrative Service Center Building Design

The new administrative building type Administrative Service Center, with greatopenness and public properties, is made to meet the requirements of the construction of"service government" appeared recently. It accommodates the departments having thefunctions of review and approval, provides "one-stop" administrative services, and thusimproves governmental services. The administrative service center serves as a bridgebetween the public and the government, and provides a plat for buildingservice-oriented government.As the domestic Administrative Service Center building appeared lately, therelated professional research is relatively few, this paper attempts to analysisaccomplished cases domestic and overseas according to their procedures, explorearchitectural concrete practice design methods on the base of Yanshi CityAdministrative Service Center Project. According to the major functions of theAdministrative Service Center, the papers discusses the overall layout, buildingspace,streamline service and other aspects of he Administrative Service Centerrespectively, focuses on the overall construction plan and interior space design, andpresents an model of spatial streamline organization and points of spatial design. Thispaper intends to clarify the functional processes and spaces of the administrativeservice center, provide convenient administrative services, and guides researches onstreamlined and architectural space design. The research compares analyses andsummarizes overall layout, architectural forms, architectural space and streamline, andother aspects of kinds of programs in coordinate with the practice of the design of administrative service center Yanshi, then put forward a general method ofadministrative service center building design.Yanshi municipality has the general characteristics of small and medium-sizedcity at present stage in China, and has its own special historical and culturalbackground as well. Yanshi administrative service center has not only similarities withother types of architecture design, but also has a higher request. Therefore, the researchon Yanshi administrative service center building design produces profound and lastinginfluences.
