Application Of Construction Project Cost Index Based On The Grey Prediction Method

Construction cost index as the one of most important foundation work to managethe cost of project, could provide an accurate valuation of construction projects andproject management information, according to collecting and analyzing the date ofcompleted project. At present, our country has not yet established a complete andunified construction cost index system, and this system has not been got good use intothe actual construction. Therefore, establishing and studying on construction cost indexand proposing the prediction method has a strong practical significance forimplementation and reasonable of the construction cost index.This thesis combines the establishment and application of domestic and foreignconstruction cost index, based on the quantities and composition of the contents of theactual situation of construction market, and fabric components the system ofconstruction cost index. Subsequently, establish the construction cost index model. Inthe process of building construction cost index, combining the mathematical theory toquantify the finished project information,then establish the construction cost index.Use gray theory to predict the construction index, and predict the result for testing. Theresult of this thesis may have some reference value for construction and application ofconstruction cost index and can make contribution for the implementation of theconstruction cost index.
