With the expanding of modern engineering project, and increasing of unforeseenfactors in the project implementation process, these factors usually with uncertaintydetermine the project management is a very complex system engineering. In thiscontext, in order to achieve the control of each construction project managementobjectives, it is necessary to apply the principles of systems engineering, from man,equipment and the environment three main factors departure, and using systemsreliability theory to analysis and optimization studies on the entire network systemconstruction reliability, finally to achieve the overall objectives of the project.This article focuses application fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to study on thereliability of the man-machine-environment system of the engineering projectconstruction network, and propose appropriate measures for improvement, finallyusing genetic algorithms to optimize the reliability of the system studied. Including:(1) analyze the characteristics of project management and project managementtrends, comparing the techniques and methods of project management at home andabroad, give the stage at the advantages and disadvantages of project managementmethods located, as well as research status on reliability of engineering projectmanagement, then elaborate the methods and contents about this paper.(2) research and Analysis on the man system of construction network, based onsystem engineering, reliability theory and fuzzy theory, and combined analysis ofhuman errors, then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study the mansystem reliability. (3) to study the reliability of the network construction machinery and equipmentsystem. Through the analysis of the fault diagnosis of the machine, the fuzzyevaluation method, to improve equipment system maintenance.(4) to study the construction network environment system reliability, and establishevaluation indexes which affect the work environment, finally use fuzzy theory toanalysis.(5) considering the man-machine-environment of the connection and analysisof the three, then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to have a comprehensivestudy on the reliability of the system. with specific examples, and propose measuresfor improvement, thereby improving man-machine-environment system reliability.(6) using genetic algorithms to construct optimal allocation of resources toimprove the reliability of the construction network system.
