However, in view of the small towns in thenorthwest region of related research is less, and"high skills, high investment"low-carboneco-strategy does not have region suitability, lack of effective planning and controlguide with the appropriate technical measures.This paper taking gannan town as the research object, first through to the urbanregional characteristics, the analysis of characteristics of carbon emissions to fullydisclose"regional traditional construction mode"and"low carbon ecological townmodel", the relationship between focus from one of the main carbon source"the buildingenergy consumption as a starting point, draw lessons from the regional ecologicalconstruction and modern raw soil in the field of materials science research, puts forwardthe effective ways to achieve gannan low-carbon ecological——localization of buildingmaterials. From"effect-main-process" dimension to establish evaluation model, usingthe Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Delphimethod, a building materials comprehensive benefit assessment of the localization ofurban social and economic development, explore its contribution to the low carbonecological urban construction and scientific percentage localization is suitable fordifferent types of urban construction. Finally into local building materials to study theinfluence of urban planning and construction, explore related planning and technicalindicators, such as the space form layout change and low carbon ecological modecoupling relationship with the contradiction between small towns, based on thecombination of urban and rural planning system, from the planning level to establish“goals-elements–method†oriented planning control system, puts forward appropriate planning technical indexes and methods.Research suggests that:①Localization of building materials is the key to reduceurban constructive carbon emissions, also the "low technology" strategy to control"carbon source";②Local construction mode of comprehensive benefits, especially theenvironmental benefits greater than the modern construction mode;③The change ofthe urban construction mode based on the Localization of building materials alsoindirectly affect the relevant planning technical indicators and methods, focus on sixaspects:performance for industrial development, urban scale, block size, environmentalcapacity, interface relationship and site design. |
