Research On The Construction Cost Management And Countermeasure Of Construction Unit

The thesis starting from a hotel project cost control,practice and cost control for the project from the construction unit and project implementation problems existing in the each stage and behind are analyzed in detail. Knowledge on subjects related to the integrated project management theory, cost control and policy relevant knowledge requirements, economics and statistical analysis, using comparative analysis, statistical analysis and other methods, combined with the engineering practice, and further integration of specific to the case of project cost management, puts forward the countermeasures to the construction unit how to strengthen project cost management and control.In this thesis, the theory of whole process cost management of engineering project, the construction units in the project, project design, project bidding, contracting, construction until completion of the settlement of the whole process, stage construction and puts forward the control methods of project cost measures. At last, the thesis hopes and prospects the whole process of construction unit project cost management based on the above discussion.
