The Internet of Vehicle(IOV) is a subdivision of the application of Internet of things in the automobile field., with the communications technology, privacy and security technology, green energy technology, such as the integration of technology. It makes the car, people, the road into together, to achieve interconnection between each other, the information can be passed to each other. The cloud can collect the car and roadside environment. It will publish the information after the data mining or information processing. According to road conditions, traffic information, it can control the traffic effective and provide personal service. People can enjoy the internet service from IOV anytime.Based on the IOV internet infrastructure, it can improve the driving experience, ease the pressure on urban traffic and reduce traffic accidents, etc. In the same time,it can distinguish the OBU information exactly. The certified OBU can get the service from the IOV.This paper combined with the characteristics of mobile cloud computing, designed open platform architecture of IOV. Through the architecture can realize the rapid development of cloud trusted third party involved in the mechanism of access and terminal of vehicle, improve the speed of vehicle networking applications, but also improve the application of information security protection. Through this framework, it can use cloud resources efficient and protect the privacy of the user.In the article, firstly discusses the background and technology of IOV, cloud computing and mobile cloud computing, analyzing the similarities and differences of mobile cloud and cloud computing. Combined with cloud computing framework of "cloud-pipe-end", then provides the mobile cloud framework of IOV and describes its architecture, central cloud, roadside cloud and car cloud. And on this basis, propose the design of the open platform of IOV. On the one hand, open platform access to third party service provider platform, on the other hand the OBU access developers of third party applications to realize the openness. To further enhance the compatibility and application platform for growth. Finally through the bus information service system based on vehicle networking process and technology application development.
