At present, the non-standard automation equipment in the industrial production are more and more widely used in automation equipment,the main role is to improve production efficiency and product quality, save labor cost, make the enterprise development from extensive to intensive.Industrial automation equipment is an indispensable force automation. Do non-standard automation equipment, innovative design will help enterprises to win in the fierce competition in the marketThe piston ring is widely used in automobile engine, and piston ring is an important part of piston ring, and it plays an important role in engine.This paper focuses on the study of the piston ring in the cutting link, due to the current compingrelied entirely on manual to complete the cutting work, the work efficiency is low, cannot meet the requirement of the company growing orders, it is an urgent need to design a mechanical and automatic device to replace the manual to complete the cut links work, ensure the work efficiency in the artificial cut. It is not only can reduce the production cost, but also can improve the work efficiency.The main research content of the dissertation involves:(1) This paper introduces the background and significance of the research, the domestic and foreign research status, the source and the main contents of the research.(2) Analysis of piston liner ring automatic shearing device of the overall program, including the relevant requirements of the design process, manufacturing, transmission principle analysis and the device automatically cut analysis.(3) Introduction of piston collar composition means automatic cut. Solidworks software application, completed the three-dimensional model of the entire station assembly and motion simulation, application AutoCAD software to complete key parts of precision design.(4) Using microcontroller technology and photoelectric switch, completed the piston collar cut automatically means universal counter control system design, implementation, piston collar wave count of the number. Through the single-chip control system operation flow analysis, complete control of the entire system design.
