With the continuous advancement of China’s intelligent manufacturing in 2025 and the development of market economy,the concept of smart manufacturing is playing an increasingly important role.All kinds of companies hope to improve production efficiency through intelligent manufacturing,and gradually introduce more automated equipment to replace manual equipment on the basis of internal process combing and lean production.As an emerging industry,the non-standard automation equipment manufacturing industry started late.Companies in the industry have higher homogeneity,more changes in customer demand,and greater uncertainty in project management,leading to more problems in project management.Based on G company’s current non-standard equipment project management cost,schedule and other data,this paper analyzes the company’s current non-standard equipment project management problems such as budget execution exceeding targets,difficult schedule control,and multiple trials for key quality indicators.After further analyzing the specific reasons,it was found that the controllability of project changes is poor,the efficiency of teamwork is low,and the production and management of complex workstations are improper,which confirms the main research goals of this article is to build an agile team with smooth information in the company,by improving the functions of project team members and adding new project management tools,explore and improve the project change management process,and comprehensively support breakthroughs in dynamic and technically complex projectsCombining the relevant knowledge theories and characteristics of agile thinking and Scrum agile methods,analyzing the applicability of combining agile thinking with non-standard equipment,and finally proposing a non-standard agile management reference model,set up an agile team and add new management tools(minimum possible Implementation of task packages,task boards,burn-down charts,etc.),sprint regular meetings,regular stand-up meetings and other process improvements in the sprint cycle,as well as event handling methods such as change management and complex workstations.Besides,this paper introduced the improvement methods of the agile management model in each stage of non-standard equipment.Through the implementation of agile management in a transformation project of G company,measures such as the establishment of an agile team,the decomposition of the minimum executable task package,and the planning of the project sprint cycle have been adopted to improve team communication efficiency,timely correspond project changes,overcome the technical difficulties of complex workstations during the design,assembly and commissioning,and on-site commissioning stages.The team finally achieved the goal of cost and schedule control,verifying the improvement method of the agile management model of non-standard equipment.This article establishes a non-standard automation equipment project management agile reference model,provides a new management method for G company nonstandard equipment project management,applies agile ideas and methods to nonstandard equipment project management,and expands agile methods,project management,etc.The application scenarios of the theory.At the same time,this article also provides technical tools,experience and value references for the theoretical exploration of project management in non-standard industries.
