The new system architecture adopted some new rulessuch as PLC carries on the strict division level, at the electric drive system using converterstart-up instead of the original star triangle startup mode, etc. For safety standards putsforward more strict safety hierarchies, and put forward some measures to improve the safetyfactor, such as change the mode of connection, the original safety circuit improvement, etc.Before the relative control system, a new standard in the system work efficiency and safetycoefficient, equipment communication speed has a bigger promotion. By introducing the useof HMI, also make the whole system in the operating process more humanized and intelligent.Finally, the automation control system development and prospects are discussed andsummarized, looking to the future automation system in equipment manufacturingapplications.
