Liquid desiccant is an ideal method of independent humiture control, it has the advantages of none condensation and increasing the air quality.High-pressure atomization can make the liquid into small particles, increases specific surface area, improves the contact area of gas-liquid,and intensifies the dehumidification efficiency. This paper proposed a system connects liquid desiccant with high-pressure atomization, experimental study the performance of the change of air flow, liquid flow, air humidity ratio and so on, hoped to bring references with engineering application and further study.This paper studied the performance of the system through the experimental table, analyzed the different factors’ performance. The results showed that when the air flow was increased, the dehumidification amount and efficiency increased,outlet air humidity ratio decreased; the efficiency was increasing with the increasing of liquid flow,but the outlet air ratio always decreased.Increasing the aerosol flow could increase dehumidification and improve the efficiency of liquid desiccant.Meanwhile, it compared the atomization liquid desiccant with packed-type dehumidifier, the results showed that the average unit mass of liquid using Cacl2 could achieve 10.39g/kg dehumidification amount. At the same dehumidification amount, unit mass of liquid of atomization liquid desiccant was twice as high as tradition method.Moreover, this paper analyzed the performance of cooling coil using high temperature chilled water, and compared it with atomization liquid desiccant. It resulted that cooling coil using high temperature had dehumidification ability of high humiture air. At the same temperature, the dehumidification amount of atomization was 2.65g/kg higher than high-temperature cooling coil. The dehumidification of the two methods was decrease as the increase of air temperature.When the air temperature was increasing, liquid would absorb more heat, the steam partial pressure would increase, then the dehumidifying effect was decreased; when the cooling coil handled the air, higher temperature means higher consumption of cooling energy, power of dehumidification was decrease,efficiency was reduce too. Decreased magnitude of atomization liquid desiccantwas bigger, but the efficiency was always better.Finally,it proposed to combine atomization liquid desiccant with high temperature cooling coil, then designed a composite desiccant system, analyzed its performance. It resulted that the system had better performance than the single desiccant system. The composite system was 1.2~1.39 times higher than high temperature cooling coil, 0.47~1.28 times higher than atomization liquid desiccant.
