Hence, this thesis mainly discusses the urban renewal in the new urbanization process.Based on the domestic and foreign scholars on transformation of the old sort of research on the law from urbanization, urban moderate scale, three aspects of reality expounded the necessity of transformation of the old, and the advantages and disadvantages and difficulties of the old town will be analysis, transformation of the old methodology set forth new urbanism and smart growth.
