Satellites range over a variety of rotating parts which determine the satellite function, performance and life, In order to guarantee the quality of the rotating parts, in addition to intensify the quality of design, machining and assembling, it also need to take some testing methods to test, analysis, and judgment to insure rotating parts working properly.This paper exploits secondly a set of vibration information analysis system that base on mature testing and analysis theory, the system not only can adapt to the particularity of satellite rotating parts, but also satisfy measured high precision requirements for the satellite rotating parts vibration signals. It analysis unsteady movement characteristics of products to find rotating parts general law and potential fault characteristics in different stress environment and unsteady motions state through testing typical satellite rotating parts vibration information. The fault feature information is obtained by testing fault simulation and man-made fault, and provide the basis for subsequent vibration testing of the rotating parts, at the same time verify the applicability of the vibration test system in different environment. The testing for satellite whole and parts satellite ensue the satellite run for a long time reliably, this certify that the work is effective for vibration of the racemic component information, this system has played a key role in ensuring the racemic components quality and reliability.
