Precision instruments are widely used in various fields of manufacturing and play an important role in the development of modem industry.Precision machinery is an important component of precision instruments.Rotating parts,as mechanical structures,are widely used in precision instruments.As the carrier or transmission structure of the functional parts,the accuracy and stability of the shafting affect the precision and stability of the precision instrument.There are many factors affecting the accuracy of rotating shafts.Which parts of high precision in processing to meet the design requirements,in the latter part of the static or the use of a period of time the size will change a little impact on the whole system accuracy,will lead to serious failure of shafting precision.Rotary parts precision instrument is composed of high precision parts assembly,in the actual application process often requires disassembly of rotary parts,disassembly process tends to cause damage to the original precision rotary parts.In view of these two problems,this paper studies the causes and puts forward reasonable solutions for other reference.The following contents are included in this research:According to the requirements of a precision instrument to the slewing structure,a rotary structure is designed.Taking the concrete structure as an example,the reasons for the change of the high precision dimension of the rotating parts are analyzed,and a reasonable process route is put forward to reduce or eliminate the reasons for the change of the output size.At the same time,through the analysis of the reasons affecting the accuracy of the rotating parts,a reasonable structure is designed to improve the accuracy of the assembly and disassembly on the rotating parts.Verify the requirement of the accuracy of the rotating parts after the improvement of the structure.Through the research of this paper,the factors that affect the high precision size are put forward,and the change of size is eliminated or eliminated by the reasonable technological method.And the rotating parts repeatedly disassembly problems,reasonable solutions.This paper provides important design reference for similar parts.
