The characteristics of functional analysis is clearly demonstrated the relationship between product components. So that the designers will be better able to gain in-depth understanding on the working principle and structure of the product and then analyzes the problems in the conflict.Works are as follows:Before applying TRIZ to solve the design conflict, the design conflict should be clear. Through the collection and collation of the specific needs of users, it can help to determine the design conflict. Functional analysis will be used to solve these design conflict and assist TRIZ to solve problems. These two methods can relatively complement. An Integrated in the stage of product design can construct a systematic and completed design process.Firstly, the study begins with determining the research target and enters the stage of collection and analysis.
