Study On The Spatial Planning Of Towns And Villages Of Urban And Suburban Areas

Urban and suburban areas is the town and villages of regional economic developed areas,the higher the degree of urbanization,rather high degree of urbanization. China has entered the current period of rapid urbanization, industrialization and urbanization attracted a large number of rural labor force,with migration, labor migration, to some extent restricted the development of rural industries, causing serious agricultural land fallow, inefficient use of land resources exacerbated a series of contradictions. In the country to promote the new urbanization and integration of urban and rural backgrounds, in order to promote faster and better urban and suburban areas of social and economic development, to achieve village land resources sustainable use, the need for co-ordination arrangements town spatial layout of the village land use to make reliable forecasts for the development of towns and villages reasonable guidance. Thus, it is necessary to urban and suburban areas of regional development towns rational planning.This papar select the Shilong Town, Banan District as the study area, the stru cture and spatial layout planning for villages area residential layout, industrial development two aspects of urban villages, suburban spaceplanning, implementatio n of the urban and rural urban suburb rural area, to raisethe industrial land savin g and intensive use and sustainable development of ecological environment. The main research hcontents include:â‘ summarize relevant research results as a regional planning study theoretical basis.â‘¡ Shilong Town, Banan District of Chongqing as a study area example, respectively, analyse the current situation of the development conditions and the basic contradiction from the natural ecological environment and socio-economic development situation.â‘¢By determining the orientation of the Shilong Town spatial development, building towns evaluation system, Comprehensive evaluation method of the existing literature to evaluate the village system. According to analyse the evaluation results of the town evaluation system, optimize the functional structure of the Shilong Town.â‘£According to analyse the present stage of the rural industrial and residential area, establish the corresponding evaluation index system, restructuring research village industry and residential and spatial layout planning.The results show that: By using the Banan District, Chongqing City Shilong Tow n demonstration area as an example, focus on optimizing the adjustment Shilong Town residential layout, industrial structure adjustment and optimization of spatial patterns an d optimal allocation in two areas, developed suitable for the actual development of the urban and suburban areas of the town spatial planning area towns, to guide the develop ment of urban and suburban areas of Rural Area, eventually accelerate the integration of urban and rural areas, the progressive realization of the goal of building a new socialist countryside.
