Exploration And Research On Town Territorial Spatial Planning Based On GIS

In recent years,with the comprehensive and in-depth development of "multi-planning integrated" urban construction activities and the continuous deepening and advancement of spatial planning pilot projects in China,"three districts and three lines" has been widely regarded as the important content and core of regional urban spatial control work.In its for maintaining natural ecological reasonable environment of the city,to protect the urban land,urban excessive spread,prompted the urban space and intensive economy has played an important role,many ways,such as "three areas,three line" for the space of the implementation of the pilot to delimit the method and the analysis of the policy measures to control space research also gradually in the booming all over the world,It has become a hot issue in the field of urban planning reform in China.Based on the development background of the demarcation of the pilot classified construction areas of spatial planning,this paper sorts out the interaction between the "Three Districts and Three Lines" and the current urban planning,and demarcates the "Three Districts and Three Lines" of Zhuting Town in combination with the actual situation.First,through the research and analysis of the content,means,theories and methods of space control at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the pilot work of multi-planning integration,and summarizes some difficulties and experiences that may be encountered in the current space planning and construction work in China.This paper focuses on the analysis of ecological environmental protection land planning red line,urban development boundary,permanent basic farmland land planning red line and urban,agricultural,ecological space land planning of specific technical means,methods and other related theories,and to the three districts and three lines planning process may appear specific problems were sorted out.Second,in the process of demarcating the "three regions and three lines",various types of land use control lines and urban,agricultural and ecological Spaces will be gradually demarcated.In accordance with relevant regulations,a red line for ecological protection with ecological security as the main goal should be determined first,and then a red line for basic farmland protection should be delimited according to social and economic needs.After delimiting two red lines,the carrying capacity of land resources and environment in the study area was evaluated from many aspects,and the spatial suitability of Zhuting town was evaluated by selecting different factors.The urban,agricultural and ecological Spaces in the study area were extracted to predict the population scale and land use scale in the study area.Finally,the boundary of urban development of Zhuting town was delimited.Third,combining with the evaluation results of Zhuting town space,coordinate urban,agricultural,ecological space and "three-line space",and finally delimit "three districts and three lines",forming a multi-plan map of Zhuting town.Ecological space is 101.7 square kilometers,agricultural space 51.31 square kilometers,and urban space 1.52 square kilometers.We will coordinate the overlapping zones in the three-line planning,with 61.66 square kilometers of planned space under the red line for ecological and environmental protection,25.43 square kilometers under the red line for permanent basic farmland protection,and 117.6hectares of planned space under the boundary for urban development.
