Although China construction industry's the number of accidents fells year on year in 2015,but it stills high incidence,the situation is not optimistic.A project of the front line construction workers are mostly villagers or relatives form groups in the construction industry safety production site easily,such as a construction team.Implementing demonstration leadership of the management model in the project has a direct impact on the unsafe behaviors of group workers.In order to research the different influence of demonstration leadership of the core four factors(visibility,relationship,input to work group,active management)on the unsafe behavior of different experienced workers of building construction,it makes leaders to manage the construction workers groups more effectively and reduce the unsafe behavior of the groups very quickly.This paper establishes a model what is the multi-group structural equation model with the group security atmosphere as the mediator variable to explore the impact of leadership on the behavior of different experienced groups of unsafe behavior.First of all,author analysis the complexity of the behavior of the group from the micro and macro two angles,has a dialectical view that the group behavior can make individual behavior synergies arising and individual behavior can promote group behavior habits,style,interpersonal relationship.Secondly,after collecting a large number of related literature at home and abroad,author uses the literature to sort out and accumulate knowledge: visibility,relationship,work group input,active management of the four core elements' 10 measurement dimensions,group unsafe behavior's 3 measurement dimensions,the group safety atmosphere's 3 measurement dimensions,the total of 16 measurement dimensions;after designing questionnaire of demonstration leadership on the impact unsafe behavior of the group for steel workers,shelves and masonry from some construction sites in Shaanxi.the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed by using SPSS19.0 software,all the criteria were met which indicated that the questionnaire design was quite reasonable and had a certain degree of credibility.It divided into the new workers of group and the old workers of group by the standard of 3 years of work experience,and analyzed the impact and the path coefficient of the core four factors(visibility,relationship,input to work group,active management)on group unsafe behavior with the AMOS software.In the new group of workers,the core four elements of the path coefficient are 0.654,0.639,0.564,0.625,the old group of workers in turn followed by 0.555,0.577,0.561,0.486.The results show that the visibility and active management have a greater influence on their unsafe behavior in the new group of workers,to the old group of workers,the relationship and input to work group have a greater impact on them;Therefore,the leader should adopt different strategies for different groups in the management of different experienced workers groups in order to achieve more effective management.In the new group of workers,the leaders have to understand that four aspects should be caught together,the focus is to lead the visibility and active management;in the old group of workers,The focus is on the group members of the information sharing and the establishment of frank cooperation relationship.Putting forward a demonstration leadership training program targeted and feasibility to prevent groups of unsafe behavior to ensure the construction of construction smoothly.
