Nowadays, Car becomes more and more popular as a transportation of short distance. However, the expensive and time-consuming driving can’t meet the more and more people’s learning demand. Car driving simulation platform, as an economical and practical training simulator, can solve a variety of man-made accident in actual driving process and avoid all kinds of car trouble due to improper operation of a novice safety and environmental protection. It consists of 3-DOF platform car, scene systems, computer control system and the composition of the driving part of the operation. It’s a new car driving training methods. At the same time, it can also be used for scientific research, exploring a variety of purposes.In this thesis, the three-dimensional scene of the car driving simulation is developed on Visual Studio 2013 based on OpenGL.The models in the three-dimensional scene including the sky, roads, building and car models is modeled by 3D modeling software and pasted texture. In order to make the scene more realistic, OpenGL technology is used to add the physical effects. MFC framework established based on OpenGL add some message response functions, to achieve the keyboard on the scene. The data of the terrain in the scene transfer to the 3-DOF platform, so that it can roll, pitch and lifting motion. It will be saved in the computer and complete the control of car the car driving simulation platform.Through the establishment of a three-dimensional scene and simulation runs, the results show that:the system can run the system in real-time and achieve human-computer interaction, and has broad market prospects.
