Study On Sustainability Comprehensive Evaluation Of Urban Renewal Project Development And Construction

Since the reform and opening up, China’s economic and social continuous development with comprehensive national strength growing and the rise of urbanization level, With the development of urbanization in China, relying solely on new area development and construction has been insufficient to support the sustainable development of economy and society.. Redevelopment project will become the main form of urban construction and real estate development in the future. However, the transformation of the old town development is different from the traditional sense, There are many features in the old town, such as poor environment, complex transforming contents, many stakeholders and the existence of externalities which restrict the development of China’s urban renewal project depth development with restricting the sustainable development of urban renewal projects,In this paper, the concept of urban renewal projects is defined, the paper explains the characteristics of urban renewal projects and analyzes the status quo of China’s construction of urban renewal. The land development model in the process of urban renewal projects and the main content of the work have been summarized, the strategy of housing development, environmental management and social reconstruction have been analyzed. The paper discusses the main stakeholders involved in the subject and the contradictions of urban renewal projects, such as governments, residents and real estate development companies, financial institutions and coordination mechanisms among them. The paper proposes that the development and construction of urban renewal has significant external benefits resulting urban renewal development process can not achieve the optimal allocation of resources which need to take relevant internal processing means:Finally, this paper presents the concept of sustainable development and construction of urban renewal, the main contents of renewal project sustainability assessment include:ecological sustainability, economic sustainability and social sustainability, which builds sustainability assessment model and empirical research.
