With the continuously progress of the building’s sustainability development, a higher quality of sustainability assessment level is requested. In area, city and construction project aspect, the quality of sustainability assessment is gradually improved. But there is still blank in microscopic aspect. This paper propose d the sustainability assessment of reinforced concrete project, evaluating the development of sustainability assessment in architecture area.First, the dissertation analyzes the theory of the reinforced concrete project sustainability assessment. Based on the definition of sustainability assessment, extend the concept of reinforced concrete engineering sustainability assessment from construction project sustainability assessment, namely ecological compatibility, quality reliability and economic rationality. Assessments of these three dimension, using the theory of ecological footprint theory, principal component analysis theory and energy value Analysis theory. Combined with the assessment of weighted scoring theory, construct the system of reinforced concrete project sustainability assessment. Compared with original assessment system, obtain the advantage and disadvantage, limitation and applicability. This research const ruct can present the assessment system and result can be viewed intuitively.Second, construct the model by ecological compatibility, quality reliability and economic rationality these three dimension. To assess the reinforced concrete project sustainability with quantitatively. For the submodel of these three dimensions, construct the model of reinforced concrete project assessment model equation with experts’ weighted scoring method. Based on the theory of ecology of footprint, assess the ecological compatibility with the ratio of ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity in ecological compatibility assessing model. In the model structure of quality reliability, obtaining the quality reliability score to assessing the quality reliability by the linear relationship of quality reliability and assessing evaluation of principal component. Based on the theory of emergy value analysis, assess the economic rationality with the ratio of output emergy, reinforced concrete construction, and the input resource of maintenance during operation(Emergy input-output ratio) in the rationality assessment model for economic model structure. Develop the standard of single dimension individually, obtaining the assessing standard of reinforced concrete engineering sustainability by comprehensive evaluation model equation.At last, obtain the assessing result of environmental compatibility, quality reliability and economical evaluation, quoting the case of practical construction of reinforced concrete project according to the sustainability assessment model. With evaluation equation, obtaining the sustainability assessing result. Compared with the developed standard, propose reasonable advices and improvement in the conclusion.
