Hemodialysis is one of the most safe and effective alternative therapy for renal failure, it has been widely used in clinical. Because the dialysis is a long-term course of treatment, patients has very high demand on safety and reliability of the dialysis effect and treatment. Because of the medical equipment is difficult to operate in a long-term condition stably, blood leakage, blood coagulation, blood loss, poor blood flow, dialysate is not suitable, equipment accident, changes of the external environment and other problems often happen in the dialysis period. If these problems can’t be handled in time, personal safety of patients will be directly endangered. With the rapid development of science and technology, the research of monitoring technology and buffer hemodialysis technology is the important basis to improve dialysis effect and quality and increase the safety of dialysis. There is a great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of the hemodialysis.The biocompatibility of HPD is better than HD, HPD is good at remavaling large and middle molecule toxins. It can help blood dialysis patients to reduce the occurrence probability of long-term complications. It has a very important significance for helping hemodialysis patients to improve survival period and life quality. However, blood flow velocity is the key factor to ensure the safe and reliable treatment effect of HPD. Because of individual differences of patients, it is difficult to use HPD as the dialysis treatment for many patients. Therefore, buffer type low blood flow drainage transform HPD real-time blood purification technology and state monitoring process is particularly important.This study first referencing the latest research results, combined with the actual situation in our country, analysis information and data index related to dialysis treatment process and design some components of the dialysis system. Then, select the appropriate controller and sensors, do programming and debugging according to the designed control scheme.
