In recent years, the importance of sea transportation is becoming more and more significant, the ship’s intelligent, specialized and large-size has gradually become the development trend. With the deepening and development in the field of computer, virtual reality technology on development of the ship, the crew training and scientific research is widely used. Scientific research institutions at home and abroad through research and development of Marine, Marine simulator to have professional crews, targeted training, enable it to better understanding of the ship’s system structure, improve the crew’s operation ability in the navigation in the actual, reduce mistakes and loss. At the same time, the virtual reality technology for the development of high performance in new ship form also has important significance.This paper mainly contains the following contents: based on a compressed air system of a ship as the prototype, build mathematical model at basis of the detailed analysis of the composition, working principle and logic control, in allusion to the difference of each component of the system, give a reasonable assumption in the way of modeling seriously. Give priority to creation of 3d entity model of the system with 3ds Max three-dimensional modeling software, carrying on the realistic fairing, applying colors to a drawing detail processing, in order to achieve the visual effect of more real. Import the model into the Unity 3D virtual environment to realize virtual roaming operations, based on Java, c # programming language, such as compilation script realize the logical control of the system. Assembly steps of analysis, simulation, system components, power unit assembly process simulation animation. Using the communication protocol, for the data communication between virtual system and simulator, make it has a good man-machine interactive operation in real time.The virtual system in this paper is practical and innovative, it can be applied to the training of crew’s pre-service teaching and institutions of scientific research, has the certain reference value on the automation development of shipping industry also has a lot of positive significance for other Marine system research.
