Manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy and one of the sources to maintain national competitive and innovation.With the deep integration of the internet of things,big data,mobile internet and other technologies with the manufacturing industry,the manufacturing industry has been continuously promoted to the direction of digitalization and intelligence.China’s manufacturing industry has achieved some results in the level of information technology,intelligent manufacturing technology and other aspects,it has a certain foundation in automation and digitization.In academia,it has carried out research on the scene construction and operation model of digital workshop,but there are still shortcomings in the visualization of virtual workshop scenes :(1)How to reproduce the multi-dimensional virtual workshop;(2)The virtual workshop display method is not intuitive;(3)During the virtual roaming process,how to solve the problem of scene jump due to unsmooth path and uneven changes of perspective direction of the roaming camera;(4)How to develop a universal system.In response to the above problems,this paper takes the discrete workshop as the research object,develops the workshop virtual roaming system,which aims to build the realistic multidimensional modeling of workshop resources and technical support for workshop layout and visualization interaction.Finally,this paper proposed an algorithm of Cardinal curve fitting that could realize optimization of the navigation path.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of how to reproduce multidimensional high-fidelity virtual workshop,the multidimensional modeling method of workshop resources is studied.Establish a model library based on model optimization technology,multi-body systems kinematics and parametric modeling method.(2)Aiming at the problem that the display mode of virtual workshop is not intuitive,this paper studied a method of virtual workshop layout and visual interaction based on Open Scene Graph(OSG)and the resource model of high-fidelity workshop.Realization reconstructed the process of workshop process and logistics process through visualization interaction.(3)To solve the problem of viewpoint jump in the roaming caused by unsmooth path,this paper proposed an algorithm of Cardinal spline curve fitting that could realize optimization of the navigation path.Meanwhile,this paper put forward an algorithm of perspective direction dynamic update that implements the dynamic update of perspective direction along the path.(4)Based on the theoretical and technical research results,an enabling system for workshop modeling and virtual roaming is developed.First,the overall architecture of the system is constructed.Then,the main functional modules of the system have been designed and implemented.Finally,the system is verified by a workshop case study.Through the above research,the multidimensional and high-fidelity virtual workshop is reproduced,improving the visualization effect and immersion of the virtual workshop,promoting the development of intelligent manufacturing. |
