At present, the product structure of complex aerospace companies, the large number of parts, requires a lot of fixtures in the process, for small batch, multi species production mode, quickly prepared to meet the requirements of the fixture, has become a key problem in aerospace enterprise solution. Fixture is used during processing technology and equipment, for ensuring product quality, shorten the production cycle plays an important role.In the paper, aiming at the turning fixture design arbitrarily large, poor reusability, design resources have not been effective management, tooling low efficiency and not through analysis and optimization of the turning fixture, commonly used in the Teamcenter platform based on PDM technology for data management, modeling, assembly and analysis based on NX software, analysis and optimization on how to for the turning fixture management, assembly sequence planning and assembly.This paper uses the PDM system to manage the turning fixture, to achieve efficient resource utilization; through the NX virtual assembly hierarchy connection diagram in the form of assembly information model, using cut set algorithm for assembly sequence planning, rapid tool to realize the fixture; by NX with artifacts of assembling body were analyzed, and the design of a certain balance device to solve in the high-speed rotary processing state caused by uneven quality imbalance, improve the quality of product processing. A large number of the application of advanced technology and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises fixture design efficiency and quality, shorten the development cycle, reduce product development time and costs.
