As the control technology of computer and communication technology of network developed rapidly, Chinese high-speed railway embraces a period of rapid development, Chinese Train Control System (CTCS) also have made remarkable progress. As the transport management of CTCS, the Centralized Traffic Control (CTC) system also have ushered in a good period of development. The CTC system is a system which realize the train dispatching and operational planning adjusting based on the principle of intelligent decentralized. It can ensure the train operation safe, intelligent and automatic, by improving and optimizing the function of the system. In order to serve a semi-physical high-speed rail signaling system network control platform, the thesis focuses on the research and implementation of simulation of the decentralized autonomous CTC system and integration to other function modules of the platform.Firstly, the thesis briefly introduces the overall structure and function of decentralized autonomous CTC system, and the communication interface with other subsystems of CTCS.Secondly, the thesis designs the softwares of CTC dispatch center, the station extension and the temporary speed restriction system of the decentralized autonomous CTC system, based on related standard of the CTCS-3 train control system. The thesis simulates and realize the function of each module of CTC system, including the displaying of railway station diagram and train diagram, the dispatching of order, the management of train information, the inquiry of train numbers, the automatical driving and the automatical setting of a route, etc. And then, the thesis implements the communication between decentralized autonomous CTC system and other simulation softwares such as computer interlocking, RBC and train control center. Finally, the thesis completes the simulation of automatical setting of a route and automatical driving by sending dispatching order from control center.In the last, the system is tested on the CTCS-3 train control hardware test platform which is composed of CTC system,6 simulation stations, train line emulation board and transponder analog components. The thesis implements the reproduction of decentralized autonomous CTC system, in the laboratory level. The test results show that CTC system can control grade CTCS-3 train control hardware test platform of our laboratory and achieve application data communication of system, simulate the operation of train, achieve scheduling of decentralized autonomous centralized.
