The Research Of Housing Industrialization Application Based On BIM Technology

By analyzing the current development status of China’s housing construction industry, the extensive development model of housing construction industry has not changed in essence, such as low level mechanization, building resource consumption, environmental pollution. In recent years, the government has proposed to gradually realize the industry housing, which can overcome the malpractice of traditional housing construction fundamentally. Industrialized housing has many advantages which includes energy conservation, environmental protection, green production and construction, construction speed, and solving the labor shortage problem. However, industrialized housing in our country has series of problems, such as monotonous industrialized housing style, lagging precast production process, poor coordination of stakeholders, low level mechanization in construction process, and Construction management technology cannot meet the requirements of multi-disciplinary collaboration, which hindered the development of housing industrialization seriously. Currently, the government is promoting housing industrialization development strongly. How to solve the problems in housing industry, and in improving people’s living environment while achieving housing green and sustainable development, is become a problem with great research value, which provides a good way for the development of housing industry.By analyzing the current development and problems of traditional housing construction, this paper elaborates connotation and features of housing industrialization, summarizes the current research in home and abroad, points out the importance of promoting housing industry, and analysis of the factors that hinder industry housing development. In addition, this paper explains the meaning and the main features of BIM technology, proposes the application route of applying BIM technology in housing industry, and detailed studies of the application of BIM technology in planning and design, industrial production, construction, facilities management and so on. Studies have shown that: BIM technology can generate tremendous value by combining housing industry in Standardized design of residential buildings, industrial production, assembly of construction, information management.
