| China’s real estate industry after ten years of rapid development, has gradually stabilized, and real estate is capital intensive characteristics, thus speeding up the turnover rate is the real estate business has to face the problem, and the construction process is the key link of real estate enterprises rapid turnover, but many of the current real estate enterprises for that is the progress out of control, but it is precisely this problem also caused a lot of loss making enterprises or even bankruptcy.
