Residential Real Estate Project Construction Schedule Manangement Research In China

China’s real estate industry after ten years of rapid development, has gradually stabilized, and real estate is capital intensive characteristics, thus speeding up the turnover rate is the real estate business has to face the problem, and the construction process is the key link of real estate enterprises rapid turnover, but many of the current real estate enterprises for that is the progress out of control, but it is precisely this problem also caused a lot of loss making enterprises or even bankruptcy. At the same time, because of the real estate business is by the project, therefore, this paper attempts to start from the aspects of construction project management theory and method, based on the theory, systematically the factors affecting the construction progress, and put forward the sound organization, planning, process monitoring and incentive of the four steps to deal with, finally.
