Increasing competition in the real estate industry today, the progress of the management and control of real estate projects for the duration target, rational use of project resources, and the reasonable control of the total project cost, has an important role to improve the project economic benefits. This paper combines the progress of the project management principles and methods to study the progress of the management of Shengjingyuan real estate project.First, a detailed profile of the project on the basis of the combination of project management, system elaborated the status of the progress of the project management, and to reveal the main problems in the schedule management process. Shengjingyuan project progress planning and research carried out on the basis of the work of structural decomposition, determine the various work tasks of logical management to estimate the corresponding project work time and resource costs, and on this basis, the preparation of the project’s progress of the plan, drawn to reflect the progress of the project Gantt chart, plan, determine a milestone in the construction of some of the projects. Optimized project duration, cost optimization, resource optimization analysis, are necessary for project optimization. Finally, a Gantt chart comparison method to monitor the actual operation of the real estate projects proposed schedule control protection measures, to achieve the control of the progress of the project, in order to get economic and social benefits.Through this research, several conclusions as follows:First, Shengjingyuan project schedule management have noticed a timely manner the development of pre-preparation and design work to improve the design schedule, focusing on construction technology to improve the efficiency of construction. However, more constraints in the progress of the project management, management is not in place; the progress management methods is not enough scientific. management is not state-of-the-art:project schedule control mechanisms are inadequate, the management is not complete, the progress of the project management responsibility is not clear, inefficient management.Second, the good progress of the project management needs of the scientific preparation of the project schedule. By collecting relevant information, we can determine the objectives and requirements of the project duration, resources and costs. And then proceed to the decomposition of the working structure of the total project is broken down into various small single project to analyze the logical relationship between each of the sub-project, drawn into the work breakdown structure diagram. Based on technical and economic data, combined with experience in project work, the estimated time required for each work, the demand for resources and the cost of consumption, and the preparation of a preliminary schedule. Finally, various resources, target demand and actual research, constantly optimize and adjust the preliminary schedule, a final project schedule.Third, after the preparation of the project schedule, project construction process requires ongoing duration optimization, cost optimization and resource optimization. The progress of the project management requires dynamic monitoring using Gantt chart comparison method, timely monitoring of the actual progress of the project, from the organization, management and technical, to take appropriate measures to ensure the control of the progress of the project.
