At present, the real estate development project in our country in the construction of the delay is the most common phenomenon, the schedule management theories and methods applied to China’s real estate development projects have a prominent role and significance. Schedule management is one of the three major areas of project management,scientific development schedule.The use of effective methods and schedule management techniques reliable schedule control measures can achieve better social and economic benefits. Because of the Phoenix International real estate development projects existing in the construction of Party managers less,the professional level of management personnel uneven,there are still some problems,the research on schedule management of Phoenix International Real Estate Development Projects is more critical,for real estate development projects similar reference case in the actual project progress management.Select this article Phoenix International Development project schedule management for the study,the main contents of the study is the use of control theory and methods of project progress,The main influence on the part of project planning and progress of the implementation process to analyze the progress of control,Progress in the management of the practical problems exist to solve the project implementation process.
