| With the increasing demand for ordinary housing,especially for the third-and fourth-tier cities,a large number of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises have emerged,which are often characterized by immature management systems and a single source of funds for local enterprises,because of the above reasons,there are some big or small problems in the operation of schedule management in small and medium-sized enterprises.In this paper,the Hui Yin Lv Cheng real estate project developed by small and medium-sized real estate enterprises is taken as the research object.Through in-depth investigation and research on the project,to understand the scale and standard of the project,the construction conditions and the project objectives,etc.,this paper deeply analyzes the related factors that influence the project progress from four aspects,adopts the method of WBS decomposition and network plan chart to make the project progress plan,and determines the key path,in the schedule,the relevant factors such as the winter shutdown period are fully considered,and the difference between the planned period and the target period is optimized again based on the time-cost balance method,the optimized schedule is presented by Gantt Chart.According to the plan,this paper analyzes the control contents of this project,carries out dynamic monitoring,and provides analysis methods,steps and corrective measures for possible deviations in the process of the project schedule,and combines the structural characteristics of this project,systematically put forward the progress of the relevant measures to ensure.Through the research on the project schedule management of Hui Yin Lv Cheng real estate project,this paper comprehensively analyzes the schedule Planning and control contents of small and medium-sized real estate project,which provides practical guidance for the implementation of the project,at the same time,it also provides reference value for other small and medium-sized enterprises real estate development project schedule management. |
