Study On Structure System Change Of Industrial Architectural Heritage Reuse Based On Material Properties

With the urban renewal accelerated, a large area of the city’s industrial heritage gradually appeared in people’s vision. “Industrial Architectural Heritage” has gradually become a hot word. The industrial heritage witnessed the development of social productivity and the level of city life,and have outstanding History, technology, aesthetic value. Although transformation of the industrial architectural heritage in China started early, but the development of research on the theory and related standards are relatively scarce. Now the transformation of the industrial building heritages more and more, there is an urgent need for a practical and effective theory and approach to guide design. Therefore, the paper choose material characteristics as the breakthrough point, reuse of industrial architectural heritage as the object of study.The writer study on the history and characteristics of structure system of industry, the main value of industrial architectural heritage structure,and summary the transformation strategies and methods of different types of structure system.There are four levels of the industrial architectural heritage structure change based on material properties. First, classify structure system from the construction material, and study on their development history. Second, study the properties and fracture form of different materials. Third, summarize the characteristics of different types of the industrial architectural heritage structure. Fourth, summarize the principles, strategies and methods of industrial architectural heritage structure change based on the differences between the changed structure and the original structure on materials.The thesis consists of five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, put forward the purpose and significance of the topic, and defines the related concepts, summarizes the research status and the existing problems about the industrial architectural heritage. The second chapter from the overall perspective to see the existing problems of the industrial architectural heritage structure. And analyzed the the development history, mechanical characteristics, space types of different types of industrial architectural heritage structure. The third chapter from the material characteristics to summarize and analyze the transformation characteristics, the history, aesthetics, technology, economic value, the damage characteristics of different types of structure. The fourth chapter is the study of the principle, strategy and method of transformation of the industrial architectural heritage structure change,and anyalize some examples. The last part is the conclusion, summarizes the whole thesis and the development trend of the research object.
