| In order to effectively alleviate the growing contradiction between supply and demand of water resources, ensure development of urban industrial and agricultural production. In recent years, the construction of a series of trans-basin water diversion projects. Inter-basin water diversion project involves more than one reservoir water resources regulation, more complicated than single reservoir dispatching but has more practical significance. However, in recent years as climate change intensifies, many parts of extreme hydrological phenomena such as drought and flood, these circumstances in the context of growing water demand, cause some kind of threat to the security of urban water supply, and interbasin reservoir group combined dispatching has put forward higher requirements. In view of reservoir group of inter-basin water diversion project, the author of this paper involves the combined dispatching problem of water transfer and water supply, multiple reservoir group of combined dispatching model is established, according to different situation for reservoir group of scientific safety dispatching developed a variety of dispatching schemes, in order to ensure the safety of water supply reservoir group. The main research results are as follows:(1) According to the engineering background of this paper puts forward the necessity of research on H reservoir, Dahuofang reservoir and Biliuhe reservoir combined optimization dispatching scheduling. Analyze the data of the water reservoir and water supply. Identifying the basic form of Group of inter-basin reservoirs (diversion reservoir and importing reservoir) combined dispatching graph, and formulate the dispatching rules of corresponding water diversion, water transfer and water supply.(2) Establish water transfer-supply combined optimization dispatching model of diversion reservoir and importing reservoir, puts forward the solution method of multi-objective combined optimization dispatching. Conduct research on water transfer-supply combined optimization dispatching of H reservoir and Dahuofang reservoir in based on dispatching model, determining maximum water supply of h reservoir. Through two reservoirs combined dispatching results analyze the change process of Dahuofang reservoir’s water yield transfer for one year, inter-basin water transfer amount of Biliuhe reservoir from Dahuofang reservoir in dry year is verified will not be sufficient for planning water transfer amount (300 million cubic meters). Thus puts forward the research on combined optimization dispatching of H reservoir, Dahuofang reservoir and Biliuhe reservoir which ensure the reservoir’s water supply objectives.(3) Taking the project of Dahuofang reservoir emergency into Dalian as background. Firstly, calculate the maximum industrial water supply of Biliuhe reservoir under the condition of full transfer from Dahuofang reservoir. On this basis to join the inter-basin water transfer project of Dahuofang reservoir. Secondly, building the optimized dispatching for the H reservoir, Dahuofang reservoir and Biliuhe reservoir. According to the original scheduling rules to solve the model and analyze the scheduling results which does not meet the industrial water supply reliability requirements of the reservoir, but in special cases the model can be used as a scheduling plan of one of the solutions.(4) In order to achieve the water supply reliability requirements of water reservoir, this paper put forward two improvement schemes which used alternate other case. One is reduce the industrial water demand, another is optimized the destroy depth of water supply. Then, to solve the scheduling model respectively and compare with the original model results which include transfer, supply and surplus water quantity of reservoir among different models. Analyzing the reservoir water supply capacity of the new scheme when reducing a certain water supply or deepen the depth. The new schemes can provide decision-making basis for special case reservoir scheduling plan. |
