With the urban public transportation developing, bus dispaching optimization has increasingly become a problem of concern for public transportation enterprises and bus management.Intelligent public transportation dispatching system is developing rapidly in the application and development field in recent years which has got attentions of people all of the world. It provides an important way to solve the urban traffic problems. The core of it is models and optimized algorithms. This paper has analyzed the concepts, tasks and optimizing goals of static scheduling and Real-time scheduling.Has do some study to the main targets and their forecast models of the public transportation dispatching. For example, forecast passenger volume of a line, forecasts the time periods distribution and forecasts the running time between two stations. These are the groundwork of modeling for bus dispatching which needs reasonable reference data.Static dispatching especially bus scheduling in line is the most important Line dispatching problem. This paper has analyzed bus line scheduling problem based on search of the interests of passengers and the benefits of the enterprises, emphasis on some rules involved in modeling bus scheduling.Established a multi-objective optimization model of bus dispatching frequency, which takes care of the benefits of both passengers and enterprises. Then an example of model application is discussed, and the model has proved to be more practical. This paper has do some study to the basic concepts and methods of the real-time scheduling.Analyzed the problems of static scheduling in the existing complex traffic environment and some common real-time dispatching methods.Established some practical real-time scheduling models:Quasi-point control model is about how to control a bus'stopping time at a bus station in order to Recovery buses'time Interval quickly; deadheading scheduling model is about a delayed bus at the starting station run across several stations with no passengers,The purpose is to balance the passengers'waiting time and buses along the line;Real-time Express model is about "station-skipping", that is to determine whether a bus should to skipping a station in order to reduce the Sum waiting time of all passengers.
