With the rapid development of the economy and society,water resources have been difficult to meet the water demand for development.Water resources have appeared in different parts of the world.Water safety has seriously affected many aspects of life,production and ecology,and alleviated the water crisis.We must start from saving water,let the whole society implement water conservation in every aspect,and implement long-term socialization to save water."Water saving priority,has become an important strategy for water resources management,and water-saving society construction is being implemented nationwide.Over the years,the whole socialized water-saving work has been more publicized and the results have been poor.The water-saving technology and the initiative to save water have not been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Although there are water-saving policies,systems,and technologies,there is still a gap between everyone and the whole society in order to make these contents work.Eliminate the gap and give priority to water conservation.It urgently needs the support of information technology and means advanced technology.And the concept,to achieve water-saving social services.On the basis of collecting water-saving system,technology and experience,this paper uses information and knowledge technology to carry out knowledge description and knowledge base construction,builds a cloud service based on knowledge base,and realizes water saving based on cloud service.Knowledge service,developed a water-saving socialization service website and a health water app,the specific work is as follows:(1)Construction of data support system for water saving knowledge base.Data collection around water conservation and water conservation is the basis for analyzing water conservation.From data sources,data acquisition,to data management,a water-saving data collection process is constructed.Different data collection methods are proposed for different data types.The process of data collection and storage is described in detail by taking the example of the water quality weekly report data of the main sections of the country.(2)The collection and classification of water-saving knowledge,such as water-saving technology,water-saving laws and regulations,and water-saving common sense,were carried out in different industries and sub-categories.Based on the integrated platform,the water-saving knowledge was visually described and the performance of knowledge was enhanced.Force and performance.Taking the industrial circulating cooling water system as an example,the knowledge visualization process of related water saving technology is introduced.(3)Design the structure of the water-saving knowledge base and develop it.According to the representation of water-saving knowledge,and based on the water-saving knowledge granularity,the module of water-saving knowledge base is constructed.The web-based web development technology and ftp server are used to develop and implement a water-saving knowledge management system,which provides a basic guarantee for water-saving knowledge services.(4)Build a knowledge cloud service based on water-saving knowledge base.Based on the water-saving knowledge base and knowledge management system,three forms of water-saving knowledge service are proposed:active service,passive service and mixed service,which can carry out water-saving knowledge service in all aspects.The mechanism of knowledge service provision and knowledge base update under the cloud service platform is studied.The knowledge recommendation based on collaborative filtering algorithm and the knowledge evaluation based on user behavior information are realized.The closed-loop process of water-saving knowledge cloud service is completed.Build.(5)Based on knowledge cloud service,a web portal website for water saving socialization service was constructed.Analyzed the shortcomings of the traditional water-saving publicity website,based on the knowledge cloud service,using Sringboot,Springcloud,Docker and other technologies to develop a water-saving social service website,and the website is connected with the cloud service.Based on the website,a water-saving knowledge service process for different groups and using different knowledge services is constructed.Taking an example,the application process of knowledge service and the connection with knowledge cloud service are introduced,and the feasibility of the application is verified.(6)Developed a personalized health water app mobile service based on knowledge cloud service.Analyze the characteristics of personalized water-saving knowledge service,construct a personalized water-saving knowledge service,design a personalized water-saving knowledge service should have the main modules,and based on the mobile platform,use Angular,Ionic,Cordova and other technologies to develop cross-platform health Use water app to develop water-saving knowledge services for personal health water.Provide a viable means of personalized water saving knowledge services.
