Typically, infrastructure investment is huge, especially with road traffic building efforts to strengthen, strong demand for public lighting infrastructure. To achieve energy saving and green traffic transportation development goals, in addition to optimizing the energy structure, promotion and application of energy-efficient lighting is the key. Currently, the rise of the LED lighting market, the global conventional lighting produces significant changes, various international companies have invested in the development of LED products applications. However, because our country is currently involved in LED lighting products, especially for the lack of public infrastructure for LED lamps legal norms and standards, leading to chaotic market presents an unknown state.
