With the rapid development of science and technology, the Internet has become an integral part of our life. Almost everyone cannot work or live without the internet.With the popularization of the equipment at mobile phone Mobile terminal, the amazing use of smart mobile phones is announcing the advent of the age of the Internet. Meanwhile, the IOS system is widely accepted. The number of Mobile Internet products based on the Apple systems is increasing rapidly,which remind us that we must understand the IOS system if we want to make clear of the Mobile Internet. The IOS system itself has strict rules and regulations on design and interaction. Besides, we must understand and respect users’usage habits which sometimes are the design tendency of our products.The study starts from user experience which combines the corresponding theories concerning design and management.Based on the actual projects, the author made some in-depth analyses on the interactive prototype, product mechanism, use principle, visual design and the process of project management & development.User experience design is not a simple subject but one includes cognitive psychology, design psychology, consumption psychology, interface design, interaction design, information architecture, technical support, brand management and availability etc.. The core of user experience design is to pay much attention to user experience, with an aim to provide users with more vivid and perceptual products.By simulating with the mental model and combing the analysis on actual data, sample analysis and user experience reports, the author has got some relatively accurate information. At the same time, updating the key data in real time is the key to keep data effectively.Communication is a very important part of our daily life. The key to develop a mobile social network application highly satisfied by users is to create the products meeting users’ needs and to provide good experience for them based on investigation and analysis on the market as well as the analysis on the data. It is also the core of user-centered design ideas. Research on user experience of the mobile social network is still under way. Besides, there emerge many opportunities of its improvement. This paper presents several key factors of user experience of the mobile social network and put forward the guidelines for each factor. To pay attention to these factors can be conductive to creation of products valuable to users.In this paper, the author first made an analysis and research on the theories about visual design interaction design and the process of project management according to the specific project production process. By combining theory with practice and guiding practice with theories, the author then test the practice which in turn further improves analysis and research of the theories. This dialectical method is responsible for both users and products. We can neither impose our will on the users nor fully copy users’habits in the products. Instead, we must make a systematic conclusion and then reflect them in the products.
