With the rapid development of power grid construction, scale and complexity of the grid system is also increasing, and various information systems have accumulated a lot of state information data about transmission equipment. The traditional manual teaching and training have costly and low training effect features, so operation and maintenance training to promote standardization, efficiency, networking, visualization is the future trend of development.This system is in order to adapt to the State Grid Corporation of production technology, skills and relevant management personnel training work requirements, combined with actual situation of the planning scheduling work environment, make full use of modern power system simulation technology to improve technological means and methods of training, improve the training efficiency, improve the quality of personnel of technology of power grid operation, the relevant personnel to speed up the application and new equipment modification the new technology after the training, and the establishment of the standardized operation of power grid operation and site management training environment.The system adopts SCADA/EMS/DTS/control integrated design, construction and production of typical scheduling environment field consistent and master station system, the configuration of data acquisition, SCADA, historical data, PAS application and DTS server and the corresponding workstation, teacher, student machine machine and related network equipment, can realize the related equipment for dispatching automation system operation, debugging and maintenance the function flaw and dispatcher, PAS and DTS projects to deal with training function.
