In the context of the new round of scientific and technological revolution,regional industrial reforms and major engineering projects urgently need a large number of high-quality engineering management talents who understand management and technology,and have innovative and practical capabilities.For local high-level universities,it is their bounden duty to provide high-level applied talents for the high-quality development of regional economy and society.The quality of personnel training first depends on the quality of target design.For a long time,the disconnection between talent supply and social demand is a common problem in China's professional degree graduate education.One of the main sticking points is that the training goal is difficult to adapt to the professional demand.In view of the fact that the existing research in the field of master's degree education in engineering management pays more attention to the reform of talent training mode,and the research on training objectives is rare,this paper focuses on the ability needs of employers for job seekers,the current situation of training objectives,and the relationship between the employee's ability valued by employers and the talent specification requirements specified in the training objectives,and then conducting research on the training objectives of local high-level Master of Engineering Management.On the basis of combing the existing literature,this paper summarizes the gap between the training objectives of Master of Engineering Management in local high-level universities and the needs of employers by analyzing the contents of recruitment announcements.At the same time,based on the survey results of employers' satisfaction and new employees' ability self-evaluation,By using the methods of quality function expansion and grey correlation analysis,the paper obtains the importance of talent specification elements of engineering management graduates,and tries to improve the training objectives of K University.The research work of this article is mainly carried out from the following aspects:First of all,using the text research method of semantic decomposition and element extraction,taking the recruitment announcement as the research object,this paper investigates and analyzes the status quo of post ability demand for engineering management talents in four typical industries with employment needs,such as construction industry,manufacturing industry,energy mining industry and transportation industry.Secondly,a three-level category system is constructed to analyze the training objectives of master of engineering management.By using content analysis method,the training objectives of Master of Engineering Management in local high-level universities,subordinate universities and ordinary universities are compared,and compared with the ability needs of employers,the shortcomings of the training objectives of Master of Engineering Management in local high-level universities are analyzed.Finally,13 enterprises with engineering management talent demand are selected as samples,and the network questionnaire is sent to the middle and senior managers of enterprises to investigate their satisfaction with the new employees engaged in engineering management,production management,project management,logistics planning,etc.,and the self-evaluation of their knowledge,skills and quality is also investigated.Based on the survey results,using quality function deployment and grey correlation analysis,this paper obtains the importance of the specification elements of engineering management talents,and puts forward the improvement countermeasures and suggestions for the training objectives of Master of Engineering Management in K University.
