Theoretical and practical analysis method is the most basic method in the practical work.Through more than one year’s exploration, this article analyzed the basic situation and existing problems of Area A 10# building, formulated a project quality plan according to the reality; established a system assurance system and an effective quality management organization; established quality control system, realized a quality control and inspection mechanism, gave a detail description about how to establish a construction standard and to realize the defect avoidance in all professional areas, further found the inadequate aspects in use, and make up the gap to drive a continuous improvement of the quality management system and engineering product’s quality.Basic conclusions:Quality management of the construction projects involves many links including designing, materials, people, engineering, etc., it plays a significant role that to put the comprehensive quality management into the project quality management. According to the demand of zero defect theory, we should start from the demand of customers, it is found in practice that as long as we combine with the actual, at each link of quality control to "do things right from the start". Human effort is the decisive factor, to realize the goal of quality plan is not a difficult thing. The construction quality management contains many specialties and processes, in the management of construction quality, pay attention to the interface management work and do it well is very importance. Quality is the core of company competitiveness, in construction projects’ quality management, quality plan and control play a very importance role in quality management, in the implement of quality plan and target control system, we shouldn’t only do the formality work, but to put into effect every cycle, really practice the management according to law, only in this way can we improve effectively the quality management performance of the construction projects.
