Research On The Preservation And Renewal Of Landscape Environment Of The Historic Conservation Area In Qingguo Alley Of Changzhou

This paper focuses on the landscape environment of the Historic Conservation Area in Qingguo Alley of Changzhou.It investigated and analyzed each physical environment factors which has an effect on landscape in historical block.By the view of architectural style,road pavement,the texture of space,garden sketch,service facilities,etc. It proposes the specific reform strategy for the Historic Conservation Area of Qingguo Alley,in order to seek the combination of "protection" and "update" in historic landscape.Conclusions are as follows:(1)The present conditions of environment in Qingguo Alley:It is made up of five streets and many alleys.The road pavement is given priority to with cement concrete.Local roads are combined with the blue brick flies on both sides.There are five relic protection units、one control protection unit and eight historic buildings. Qingguo Alley forms along the river,and has several cultural cultural preservation area.The plant of courtyard is dominated by plants in pots and on the wall.And the plant arrangements are very simple in the block.(2)The problems of environmental factors in Qingguo Alley:Traffic facilities are not perfect and the quality of street pavement is poor; The storage conditions of buildings are poor, and historic scene is not complete;The quality of environment and infrastructure are poor;Open space is little and green landscape is poor.(3)The measures on the preservation and renewal of the Historic Conservation Area in Qingguo Alley: As for the aspect of spatial patterns,it repairs,transforms,renovates and removes the historic buildings that destroy historic scene seriously along the street for the purpose of keeping it consistent with the original style of the traditional architecture.It restores the historic garden of the half garden、the hall of Huihongyi、the hall of Bagui、the hall of Junxing and so on.It renovates the ambient environment of Tang’s eight House and buildings near the South River.As for the aspect of pavement,it use different forms of road pavement on the road of main streets, minor street, roadway,etc.It clears the entrance marking and extracts the element symbols of cultural landscape.As for the aspect of the alley, it retains the original spatial pattern and elements.At the same time,it reserves the mottled wall and candlestick,repairs the broken windows,adds wall lamps,draws pictures on the wall,projects historical images by means of 3D projection technology and plants on the wall using modern technologies.As for the aspect of ridge,it picks up the traditional skyline applying to the new buildings.The purpose is coordinating the ridges by cutting abrupt volume.As for the aspect of the plant landscape,it retains the existing trees and plants native trees.And it Integrates the existing building layout,changes the small courtyard into a large courtyard and combs the green plant environment of the courtyard.It reproduces the traditional gardens by combing space and planting in the space.This paper focuses on the protection and renewal of historic district environmental landscape.We put forward the strategy——The protection and inheritance, the illation and development focusing on the protection and renewal of historic district environmental landscape in order to solve the contradiction between "traditional culture" and "modern development". It provides reference and ideas about the reform of landscape environment for the other historical blocks under the modernization background.
