In recent years, most of the winter in our country can meet the fog haze weather, the fog haze on people’s body caused by dry throat, suppress symptoms such as gas have been able to experience, so the fog has become our country’s "heart and lung of", and the problem of water pollution seems to be no real threat to our daily life, but the reality is water security problem has become the "sting" of the world. In the rapid development of modern cities, water shortages have been referred to as the bottleneck of urban development, seriously restricts the development of national economy and the improvement of human survival environment, solve the problem of water resources has risen to the height of the national development strategy.This topic for the current domestic city widespread rain flood damage and water shortages, study to explore the improving urban having the status quo, to create a good measures of urban ecological environment, water retention in res idential area and recycling. In this paper, through the analysis of regional water, rain water quality test area, and low impact development(LID), the water quality change after, blend in the modern concept of rainwater utilization in the construction and development of community. Paper innovation lies in the low impact development(LID) measures used in the project construction in residential area, make the LID more systematic. For the community great roof water quantity, transfer, key research area of roof greening can implementation plan. Set sail to calculate the beautiful garden(placed) community to collect rainfall, and community residents use alternative. Further through the roof greening and delaying flood peak, the reduction of runoff calculation analysis of the village water available in roof can be collected.The development and utilization of groundwater resources of technology from the end of the 19 th century and the beginning of the 20 th century worldwide were introduced. For quite a long time, rain and river lake ignored by people, rainwater collection measures are not well studied. And long-term urbanization and rain brought floods and water ecological environment deterioration, rainwater collection utilization measures taken seriously by people again. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad in the aspects of rainwater resource control and continuous improvement of water carried out extensive research and testing, and formed a lot of stormwater management and utilization of concept and technology, including the new technology is the best management practices(BMPs), water sensitive urban design(WSUD), Low Impact Development(Low Impact Development, LID), 12 technology such as system concept, the technology and the concept of innovation and highlight is the ability to plan as a whole comprehensive urban construction and the future Development of a new direction, the reasonable use of land, transportation science, systems design, construction and management of urban rainwater resources.Finally, in the residential area greening area using afforesting percolation measure the hysteresis rainwater storage and treatment and utilization, and through the test collection September to November four times rain processing effect, community greening infiltration of rainwater is discussed in this paper the removal efficiency of pollutants, the experimental results show that the roof rainwater after vegetation, soil, and the pavement packing and percolation structure formed in the biological communities after degradation, water effect is obvious, can be directly used to the life of mixed with water.
