China is in the acceleration phase of urbanization, urban scale expanding rapidly, as well as the urban population. Cultivated land loss seriously surrounding the urban, which has destructed the normal social structure in the countryside and damaged for the rural development. Urban ecological environment is deteriorating continuously, so is the natural base. These "urban diseases" intensified which has already affected the survival and development of the urban itself.The traditional green belt that protected urban environment by pure isolation has been unable to meet the various needs of urban development, so that being eroded and dismembered by the urban development land. And "broken windows theory" has become increasingly apparent. While the urban ecological quarantine gains increasingly attentions because it worked as the important space structure of control urban spatial pattern, improve urban ecological environment, provide countryside recreation space, inherit local culture, achieve regional harmonious development and build urban ecological landscape pattern. Through differentiate space strategy and ecological suitability analysis, combined with existing ecological resources to introduction of ecological industry in appropriate areas, aimed at improving the quarantine area environment quality and farmers’income, so that they will become the main power of maintaining ecological quarantine area ecological environment. In this way can truly make ecological area is implemented and got effective protect, which would ensure the sustainable development of natural, social and economic in ecological quarantine area.Firstly, this article analyzes the structure theory and practice of the ecological quarantine area in domestic and international. Through the SWOT analysis confirm the advantages and disadvantages of Yufu River ecological quarantine area, as well as challenges and opportunities. And sums up eight points should be pay particular attentions when the ecological quarantine area was build. Then build Yufu River ecological quarantine area with its guidance. Through the Delphi method the author selects slope gradient, slope direction, water buffer, vegetation type, interference intensity and traffic facilities buffer as the main ecological factors. After evaluating each factor’s grading got suitability zoning map of each factor through one single factor suitability analysis. Then judgment matrix was constructed to using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of the six factors. Since then the GIS technology has been used for comprehensive evaluation of ecological suitability. Through space weighted superposition arithmetic and reclassification, drawing out the inhibitory construction area, severely restricted construction area, generally limited construction area and suitable construction area, which constituted the composite ecological suitability zoning map of Yufu River ecological quarantine area. On the basis of the zoning map, using the "plaques corridor-matrix" model the author builds the hierarchical level of landscape ecological pattern to ensure complete and efficient of the ecological process. Limit the scale of construction land within 15% of the total land in the ecological quarantine area to ensure the ecological and green attribute of ecological quarantine area, and avoiding interference of human activities on the ecological core zone. Finally, on the basis of literature review and field survey, combined with the ecological suitability analysis results and the requirements of each superior planning such as urban master planning, water ecological civilization construction planning, green space system planning and so on, with partition sections carry out the landscape style and features planning and design though dig deep place spirit and vernacular landscapes, which directed at YuFu River ecological quarantine area functional orientation and the problems of the current. The befitting activities and green industries were introduced to the suitable region, to achieve the harmonious coexistence of ecology, landscape, culture, leisure and economic function in ecological quarantine area.
