In recent years, with the rapid development of our country’s economy and the u rbanization, as well as the increasing population density, urban infrastructure constru ction and design was brought a certain test with more opportunities and new challen ges. High-rise residential meet the demands of large population and living forms, ha s gradually become the main living pattern of large and medium-sized cities in our c ountry to some extent, which will become the mainstream trends of urban land intens ive. Domestic cities has emerged a large number of high-rise residential, followed by high-rise residential brings negative effect. It is one of the important problems we ne ed to overcome that how to efficient and reasonable solution of high-rise residential i nconvenience.At present, the bottom overhead gradually appears in the various forms of high-rise residential settlements. And it comes into public eyes of a new improve residents’ living environment and the structure of the quality life. Bottom overhead of high-rise residential public space for city residents widen the interact of activity area, and it makes high-rise residential landscaping, creating a more elegant living environment. Bottom overhead form as a part of the residential environment, has been widely used in residential areas in the south of China, and the northern city is also gradually popularized of the underlying application of overhead structure. The research mainly illustrate that create multiple function and theme, landscape rich novel, form a lively and ecological bottom overhead space with appropriate scale,considering the different hierarchy of needs, at the same time increase overhead area utilization, utilization value maximization.(1) The first part is the first and second chapter, mainly introduces the research background, research purpose and significance of this article, defines the research object and content and related research are expounded.
