| Green community is the concentrated reflection of human’s pursuit of high quality community life. Green community,which links the green building and green ecological city as a medium scale surface unit, has vital significance in saving energy resources, improving the living environment and promoting sustainable development. How to establish green communities that are suitable for economic development, ecological environment features of residential areas is one of the most important research topics currently, in which process the evaluation index system of green community plays an irreplaceable role.Through the evaluation index system of green community, we can make a comprehensive evaluation for the community’s resource utilization, energy conservation, environmental quality and the community mode, and also benefit the evaluation of the community’s greening development level; we can provide guidance and reference for government to implement green community management and to make correct decision development; we can provide reference for residents to make correct decision in purchasing house; we can provide guidance for the environmental planning and ecological design of community and for the sustainable development of community construction and the real estate market; we can also help stimulate community green competition at the same time, help to the promotion and development of green technology.Based on this purpose, in this paper, we conduct in-depth research on the evaluation system of green community theory and application and the current community development both at home and abroad, draw lessons from the existing evaluation index system, absorb their research results and practical experience, and further, we construct a reasonable evaluation index system of green community with generalization, combining the theory of tourism, sociology and other disciplines, the construction of green community content, the application of the theory of DPSIR model at the community level and experts’ guidance. In this paper, the evaluation index system of green community are divided into the target layer, criterion layer, scheme layer and index layer, including 3 first-level indicators, including the green construction, green management, green community life, and 9 second-level indicators, including green construction, green energy, green transportation, community planning, ecological environment etc. And 33 third-level indicators,including new building energy conservation success rate, water-saving equipment utilization rate, the location of the proportion of people& vehicle, rationality etc. Relying on the Zhengzhou China Park overall planning and conceptual planning project, we take China Park in zhengzhou community as an example for practical application, and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategy for the result.Finally, we hope to provide effective help for the community construction of Zhengzhou west new urban and to provide reference to the green community construction and development of our country through the practical application and analysis of the evaluation index system of green community. |
