Urban Community Research On Evaluation Index System Of Beijing Urban Community Landscape Environment

The importance of community outdoor landscape environment has been increasingly brought to the forefront. At present, the establishment of community landscape environment sees gradually mature design theories, while the evaluation about it is on a start level.Based on a scientific and practical attitude, this discourse is research on a index system for outdoor landscape environment evaluation of urban community in order to give reference and advices for future projects and to offer aid for the establishment of an improved community environment theoretical system.This paper provides researches on the theories on community landscape environment design and the standard for the evaluation for such a landscape environment. For the first time, this paper sorts outdoor landscape environment from five aspects, including functionality, ecology, culture, sociality and esthetics based on the indexes. A hierarchical evaluation index system is established and a evaluation model is constructed by means of analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Issues about participation have been highlighted in such a process. At the end, two communities (Yi Lin Jia Yuan and He Qing Yuan) are evaluated with the evaluation index system provided by this paper and conclusion and analysis are offered for further explanation.
