The Research Of The Heat Metering Technology Based On Pressure On The Direction Of Water Flow

From the perspective of energy saving and reasonable billing, in consideration of the status and development situation of heating system at home and abroad, the paper studies a heat metering device suitable for household metering heating system. The paper analyzes in details the problems exited in heating network, to solve the problems devises the heat metering device to meet the requirements.Owing to the condition that heating meter cannot measure heat correctly produced by the water quality or other factors, based on the research of heat metering method and flow calculating principle, the paper put forward the design scheme: By measuring the flow pressure of heating pipeline and the water temperature in the entrance and exit of heating pipe. Data acquisition card PXI-6251 acquire flow and pressure signal,transmit to the computer. By analyzed the dates, relation between flow pressure and flow can be found, that lay the foundation for further study of heat metering devices.
