Based on the analysis of the heating system and the current heat measurement technology of China,this paper advanced a heat measurement method which measure the flow-pressure of the heat pipes and integrate it with the heat control mechanism.The paper first set out the background and the significance of the research.Based on the research of the development status of heat measurement in our country and abroad,the paper described the existing problems as well as the development and goals of China's heating system in detail.Then the paper summarized the flow calculation method and the structure classification of the flowmeter.The flow calculation method include:mechanics,electrics,acoustics,thermal,optical and Atomic Physics.The structure classification of the flowmeter include:volumetric,differential pressure type,floater,electromagnetism,fluid oscillation,ultrasonic and the mass.Then the paper describe the measurement principle of the pipe flow-pressure,the mechanism design and the research platform design.The traditional flowmeter accuracy is influenced by the water quality,in this subject,the different pressures of both sides of heating pipe section is measured by different pressure sensors,the flow rate is proofed by a flowmeter,then the corresponding relationship of the pressure and the flow rate data can be found,then the flow meter is transferred into the pressure meter though this method.This project mainly measures the pressure difference before and after the section and the flow rate of the pipe.Firstly,pressure difference sensor are installed respectively at the pipe to measure the pressure difference,an electromagnetic flow transducer is installed in the pipe to measure the flow rate,then two temperature sensors are installed respectively at the import and exit to measure temperature.The pressure signal and the flow rate signal get from sensors are magnified by data acquisition card,and then transmitted to the computer.The temperature signals are transmitted to the computer by Serial,then the data is acquired and processed by software in the computer.The type of water pressure difference sensor is PTG502,the flowmeter is the H200B intelligent electromagnetic flow converter of Kaifeng Zhonghua Instrument Factory,the temperature sensors are DS18B20,the collection pressure signal data acquisition card is NI 6251,data acquisition card collecting the flow rate is NI PXIe-4300.At last,the flow rate and pressure difference measuring system is simulated by NIDAQ.
